Citilink Industrial Park (CIP) is a two-stage business park strategically located adjacent to the Townsville Ring Road.
It is approximately 10 minutes north of the Townsville CBD in the heart of the city’s industrial precinct.
CIP has been designed to cater for large and small businesses and is approved for 44 lots ranging on size from 1900m2 to 7000m2. The approval ensures flexibility to increase lot sizes to suit customer’s specific needs.
The layout of the park will allow it to cater to trucks up to B-Double size with all lots having direct access to the centre roads and easy access to both the Bruce Highway and The Townsville Ring Road.
