Grant McOmish
As managing director of the Ingenta group of companies, Grant is responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the organisation, including financial structuring,acquisitions, project management and marketing. He has a unique skill base resulting from over 20 years of experience in Project management, Residential construction, civil construction and as general manager of a diversified real estate group.
As director of Fairfield Waters in Townsville, Grant is responsible for the creation of a mixed use community which will, when complete, house 2300 families and create 70 hectares of community, shopping and commercial facilities.

Brad Sheppard
Brad brings to Ingenta 22 years of real estate and business experience. He is responsible for the company’s daily operations, as well as managing Ingenta’s key projects in Townsville. Brad has a commercial agency background, working in this sector for 15 years in Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Melbourne. He has specialised in commercial and industrial leasing, investment sales, as well as the design and construction of projects for specific requirements.
Brad is university qualified in both Business and
Project Management. He is also fully licensed as a
real estate agent.
Brad relocated to Townsville in 2007 to become the General Manger of the Ingenta group of companies.
He has specific skills in business management, real estate marketing and project management, resulting from experience in various local and national directorship positions.
Melissa Hytch
Melissa has a background in Business Management and Finance, with qualifications
in Accounting. With over eight years experience in property development, she has helped manage numerous industrial and residential development projects through their planning, construction and marketing stages. Melissa recently relocated to Rockhampton where she is the Project Manager for Edenbrook, a 1000 lot residential subdivision
in North Rockhampton. She is fully licensed as a real estate agent. In addition to her Project Management responsibilities, Melissa controls Ingenta’s daily financial activities. This role includes overseeing the company’s accounting procedures, preparing budgets, forecasting, as well as monitoring internal procedures, policies and practices.
Monica Clifton
Monica is an assistant project manager with Ingenta and is responsible for sales, contract administration
and covenant management issues.In this role Monica not only assists customers, but also maintains relationships with all stakeholders in the Fairfield Waters community. Monica has project managed the latest Fairfield Waters Display Village from its inception through to completion.Additionally, Monica oversees the general administration of the Ingenta group. She has completed her REIQ Registration Course, and is currently studying for her full real estate licence.
